ResultsOur counselors personally review all results. Results will be sent by email within 2-12 hours of completion of the required assessments when you complete them between Monday 9:00 am to Friday 5:00 pm (Eastern U.S. time zone). Weekend results will be emailed before 9:00 am eastern the next business day morning. Assessments completed on U.S. holidays will be completed the next business day. Rarely, results may be delayed due to technical difficulties beyond our control. Remember that you must complete ALL of your tests before we send any results. If you have not received your results, please email us. We ALWAYS send the results on time, so please mail us if you think your results are late (very rarely there are technical problems originating with the administrators of the assessments that may cause a delay - But we would always inform you within the 12 hours and offer you a refund if that happens). If you have not received your results, your email service is probably blocking our emails. (One way to tell, is that you automatically will receive 2-3 emails from us immediately upon your order: If you did not receive these, your service must be blocking our emails. However, even if you receive your receipts and instructions, your results email may be blocked because it has attachments. Also, internet conditions change daily, sometimes we can get through to you one day, but not the next.) This especially applies to AOL users, Hotmail Users, Yahoo Users, Earthlink or other email services that have spam blocking. Try checking your spam/bulk mail folder for your results. If you have not received your results, set your email to accept emails from testing@mylifecoach.com and help@mylifecoach.com and email us to let us know you are now ready to receive emails. If it seems like we are not emailing you back, we are! We just aren't getting through. Send us your phone number and we will call you, or call us at our number as indicated above. Also, if you wish to have a rush on your results, please email us and we will complete your results ASAP if we can. Please confirm ASAP service before you count on it. help@mylifecoach.com Your results will come in pdf format files. You will need the free Acrobat viewer to view the files (you probably already have it). The files are about 200-1000 kb each, so please be patient with your email on slower connections. Rarely, the files may become corrupted and cannot be opened. Please email us and we will resend as soon as possible.
Privacy Policy Your personal information will be kept in the strictest of confidence within my Life Coach, our counsellors, coaches and our Featured Coaches. We do not share your name or email address with 3rd party vendors. We may email you from mylifecoach on occasion with offers we feel you might be interested in, but you are always welcome to opt out of any mailings.
