Have a problem you are facing but not sure how to solve it or what action to take?
Your brain can deliver you answers, but not when you when you are upset. Ironic and annoying? Too bad! it’s how things work. But, never mind, you can hack the system!
Steps to getting fast answers:
- Tell yourself you look forward to creative solutions to this problem that bring ease, fun and abundance into your life.
- Stop thinking about the problem. If it comes back to mind, just remind yourself of the above, and that your current plan is actually to stop thinking about it.
- Engage in an enjoyable activity such as a nature walk, cooking a healthy meal, exercise, etc. Try to be in the moment and enjoy the sensual pleasures of your activity.
- Once you relax enough, answers will start popping into your head! Realize that these types of thoughts are great ideas and make a commitment to yourself ahead of time that you will act on them.
Soon enough, you will be in a place of greater insight, ability to take action and be making concrete gains in solving your problem! Done and done. 😉
