You can work really hard on dropping your bad habits, those activities and behaviors you engage in that have more negative consequences than positive benefits…
OR
You can enjoy building up your healthy habits and invest in your own happiness, joy and value fulfillment.
And, you know what you will find?
Your bad habits will quit you!
They will just fall away of their own accord. They won’t be attractive to you any more. No big deal, no big loss. No strain, no struggle, no stress.
Effective use of our energies is a large part of accelerated growth. Pushing against what we don’t won’t tends to waste a lot of energy. Moving towards what we do want is much more effective and tends to help things sort things out naturally and “on their own”.
