Coaches have all kinds of specialities! However, and I believe it is attributed to the late grandfather of modern coaching, Thomas Leonard, the axiom, all coaching is life coaching. What this means is that at the foundation, all coaching is based on you, your growth and your entire life as a system. Life Coaches are generally comfortable working with you in a variety of areas.
